Hi, I’m Molly! Non-diet health coach, MSc Nutrition graduate and Pilates instructor.

I have helped over 120 clients feel more vibrant, healthy and joyful in their bodies using transformational coaching, intuitive eating, body image work, health & nutrition education and Pilates.

My passion for helping clients become more accepting of themselves as they are while also focusing on their health is fueled by my personal experience living with a chronic neuromuscular condition that affects my body visibly and functionally.

It is my life’s work to meet clients exactly where they are in their relationship to food and body, without judgement and with an open heart, so they can feel fully supported to reach new heights on their self acceptance journey.
